I herby agree that I am providing volunteer services to Feline Rescue Mission, assisting in pet adoptions and cage cleaning. This may also include
assisting in adoptions of pets through Feline Rescue Mission at local PetSmart stores. I understand that neither Feline Rescue Mission or PetSmart
is responsible for any illness or injury caused by any animals that I come into contact with during my volunteer work. I agree to hold harmless
and release from liability Feline Rescue Mission and PetSmart should I become sick or injured from any animals as a result of my volunteer work.
I will follow directives and represent Feline Rescue Mission in a professional manner. I will not make decisions that affect the welfare of any
